RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY

We produce excellent quality garments and printing services, as well as perform stringent quality checks before dispatch. Therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges, unless the fault is proven to be ours.

The product is to be returned within 30 days of purchase, sent in original packaging, with no sign of wear/washing.

Please check the following before you order your print:

• The image that you want on the garment is in the correct format for the branding process.  You may view the branding image requirements under DTF/DTG/Embroidery information on the website.  If you’re unsure and require assistance, you’re welcome to contact us via the website, with a detailed query.
• Check that the position of the image is where you want it.
• The size guide for the correct sized garment.
• Check that you have selected the correct size and colour of the garment before placing your order.
